Hi, I'm Michael / 曾亭翰
software engineer interested in product, design, and ai interfaces
I’m a junior at UC Berkeley, currently taking a gap year in Taiwan and working on Material.
I grew up in 新竹 city in Taiwan, and moved to SF at 18 to attend an experimental school. I transferred to UC Berkeley because I wanted to stay close to SF where a lot of interesting startups and research are happening.
I worked at Delphi and Cosmos as a product / ml engineer and do consulting for consumer ai startups. If you want to build beautiful products together, let’s chat!
I’m interested in:
- human-ai interface that feels magical and enables new ways for people to think and create.
- technology as a medium for self-expression.
- tools that feel personal and cared for, not just utilities.
I want to build beautiful things I'm proud of.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading books and essays, listening to indie/rock, and go on spontaneous adventures.
